Hydrogen for Heat Debate on BBC Radio 5 Live

Cadent’s Dr Angela Needle took part in a ‘Hydrogen for Heat’ debate on BBC 5 Live on Wednesday January 4th (Colin Murray Show).  She was invited to be part of a panel which also included Tom Collins from Worcester Bosch, Michael Liebreich and Whitby resident Kate Granell.

It was a great discussion about the use of hydrogen for heating our homes and Angie Needle, Director of Strategy, was able to explain the need for change and about our Hydrogen Village trial in Whitby, Ellesmere Port.

The discussion is about 30-35 into the programme. Why not have a listen and find out more about our work in hydrogen, the challenges and questions being asked of us, why we are working on transitioning our methane network to hydrogen and what the roll out of hydrogen across the country will look like.
